Loukas has led multidisciplinary engineering teams and managed technical delivery from concept and system architecture through detailed design, grid integration, construction and commissioning. His background spans extensive solar PV design and delivery experience alongside senior BESS engineering leadership in the UK.

He brings developer, EPC and owner perspectives together—translating complex technical requirements into practical decisions that protect programme, performance and long-term project value.
